<aside> 💡 As a participant in the roundtable discussion organized by Wikifactory on the barriers and opportunities for women in STEM in 2023, I conducted research to collect the voices of women in my community, in order to ensure a diversity of opinions. I believe that bringing a variety of perspectives to the table enriches conversations and empowers meaningful debates. I appreciate the support of all the women who shared their voices with me. Thank you! ❤️ 🙏🏼

During the panel, we will point our perspectives about this topics:

Interviews with women in STEM who work at the Polytechnic University of Madrid (ETSIDI)

Attached are the conclusions from the open conversations held with inspiring women in STEM from the Polytechnic University of Madrid (ETSIDI faculty), where I studied my career as an industrial design engineer:

Isabel Carrillo - ETSIDI Director + professor of chemical engineering

Sara Gómez - Director of the project "Women and Engineering" + professor of mechanical engineering

Irene Panea - delegate of the “Gender point” at ETSIDI

These three women are doing an amazing job creating and developing the "Women + Engineering" project, inspiring young women in STEM fields, teaching them how to become leaders of the emerging future, and supporting women in STEM throughout their careers. Their work is truly inspiring. For more information, and to join them, please visit the website.
